By creating an account or using Rebox Finance, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use our services. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must not share your login details with anyone.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Services
Rebox Finance provides digital wallet, savings, money transfer, and bill payment services. Wallet services are provided through our CBN-licensed microfinance bank partner.
5. Fees
There is no maintenance fee for your Rebox wallet. Transaction fees, if any, will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction.
6. KYC Requirements
We are required by law to verify your identity. Certain features and transaction limits may be restricted until you complete identity verification.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
- Use automated tools to access our services without permission
8. Limitation of Liability
Rebox Finance is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized transactions due to your failure to secure your account credentials, or for service interruptions beyond our control.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Lagos State.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
